The best way to lose a lot of weight in the shortest amount of time, in my personal opinion, would be to use High Intensity Interval Training, it HIIT. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise, cardiovascular exercise literally means heart. Cardio increases your heart rate, which will strengthen the walls of your heart and lungs.
HIIT training is an intensified version of cardio. During HIIT you perform at your maximum intensity level for a short period of time, which is followed by a short period of rest. This is the best exercise to lose weight because your heart rate is constantly going up and down, which will help you burn the most fat.

Best Exercise to Lose Weight – Does Diet Matter?
I get this question a lot when talking to people who want to lose weight. So, does your diet matter when trying to lose weight? YES! Your diet is the most important thing when it comes to weight loss! 80% of your results and made in the kitchen, 20% of your results and made during your workouts. I can’t stress this enough, if you’re diet isn’t clean, you won’t lose that much weight if you lose any at all.
At it’s most basic level, losing weight is simply burning off more calories than you consume. This seems simple enough, but if it were truly that simple then everybody would be thin! This is where your diet comes into play. You need to eat more low calorie foods, and you HAVE to count your calories.
