Here’s my Insanity Workout Review. I hope that after reading my review along with the numerous Insanity Workout reviews written by the women and men who have tried this intense exercise program, you’ll have a good idea of whether this is the right fit for you.
If you’re searching for an interval workout like no other on the market, Shaun T’s intense new workout really takes it to the next level. I guess you could say what Tony Horton did with resistance training in P90X, Shaun T did with cardiovascular workouts/ interval training in the Insanity workout DVDs.

One of the most unique things about this fitness program is how Shaun turns interval training upside down. With most interval training routines you have a normal level of exercise activity with short bursts of intense activity. During this workout you exercise at an intense level with small break of lower activity.
